Ateneo de Manila University, the nation’s second-best performing university in sustainability, debuted in the 2024 rankings at position 593.

De La Salle University, meanwhile, dropped almost 300 spots to rank third among Filipino universities in the 981–1,000 category from the 601+ category the previous year.

In the sustainability rankings, the University of Santo Tomas made its debut at the 1,0001–1050 and 1,201+ brackets, respectively. Mapúa University also made its debut.

This year, the survey, which was published on December 5, ranked around 1,400 universities worldwide.
