A 38-year-old Muntinlupa City mother of five will represent the Philippines at an international pageant in November in Dubai.
From November 6 to 12 in Dubai, Erika Joy Santos-Reyes of Barangay Ayala Alabang will compete in the Woman of the Universe pageant.
Reyes won the Mrs. Philippines 2023 pageant title on September 23 at the WhiteWoods Convention and Leisure Hotel in Silang, Cavite, earning the privilege to represent the nation.
The city of Muntinlupa congratulated Reyes on her victory.
According to the local government, Reyes commented, “As a Muntinlupeo and to be the pride of the city, I feel an overflowing happiness.”
When I was crowned, I was immediately sent to Muntinlupa, she continued. When I was crowned, Muntinlupa was the only place I had in mind that this was for.
Regarding her future participation in the Dubai beauty pageant, she stated, “Expect that I am going to put in all the effort to represent Muntinlupa and our country.”
On October 7, Reyes held a triumphant press conference at The Bellevue Hotel in Alabang.
According to the pageant Facebook account Eventologie, she has a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas. She is the CEO and president of Queues Inc. and ESC Interactive Communication Services Inc.
