Identified only by the alias John, aged 34, the suspect was captured at approximately 8:00 a.m. in Barangay Moonwalk, Parañaque City.
According to the Southern Police District (SPD), John had been identified as the fourth most-wanted individual in Samar for his alleged involvement in the fatal incident. Police reports confirm that John was taken into custody pursuant to a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Nilo Yu Dela Cruz of the Municipal Trial Court, Eighth Judicial Region, San Isidro, Northern Samar, dated May 14, 2024. The apprehended individual is currently detained at the police custodial facility pending further legal proceedings.
