Ced Domingo, a middle blocker for the Creamline Cool Smashers, is traveling to Thailand to showcase her skills.
On Monday, October 23, Domingo announced via a social media post via her talent management Virtual Playground that she will be playing in the Women’s Volleyball Thailand League for Nakhon Ratchasima VC.
“I’m honored to have been given the chance to become the eighth women’s volleyball import from the Philippines; it makes me proud.” I hope that as we advance Philippine volleyball, more and more aspirations come true,” Domingo remarked.
“Thailand has always been one of the famous volleyball countries, and to be part of [Nakhon Ratchasima], I know I’ll grow more and be able to give back to Philippine volleyball when I get back as a more mature and better player,” she stated.
Domingo’s absence from Creamline’s opening two 2023 PVL 2nd All-Filipino Conference games can be explained by this.
