On Monday, the Manila International Airport Authority declared that inclement weather had caused the cancellation of a few domestic flights.
The MIAA announced in an advisory that several Cebu Pacific flights to and from Virac, Catanduanes, have been canceled because of bad weather.
According to the state weather bureau PAGASA, the northeast monsoon is impacting Northern Luzon, while Metro Manila and the rest of the nation are expected to see partly overcast to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms or rainshowers brought on by easterlies.
